Joseph Kelly Appointed to Agricultural Advisory Committee?

   The Calaveras Board of Supervisors appointed by a vote of 5-0 to appoint Joseph Kelly to the Agricultural Committee on January 28, 2014.

   So when does his term begin?  Why does it appear the clerk of the board made a serious error? What will happen to District 1 representative John Tiscornia? Ask the Board Clerk?
