Marcy (Shattuck) Hosford

 
Marcy (Shattuck) Hosford of Mokelumne Hill, passed away on January 22, 2014. She had previously lived in Owosso. She was 70 years old.

   A Memorial Service was held at San Andreas Memorial Chapel on Saturday, January 25, 2014 with Pastor Glenn Moore of the First Baptist Church in Angels Camp officiating.

   Marcy was born July 9, 1943 in Owosso, the daughter of Burdette and Maxine Shattuck. She graduated from Owosso High School in 1961 and married Peter Hosford of Owosso in 1965.

   She was very involved in Mokelumne Hill and Calaveras County, where she owned and operated Hosford Real Estate.

   Marcy is survived by her husband Peter; daughters Teri (John) Gaita and Denise (Peter) Keller; grandsons Johnny and Nick Gaita; granddaughters Mackenzie, Kylie and Paisley Keller; brother Maurie (Pam) Shattuck; nephews Maurice (Jennifer) Shattuck Jr., Owen (Kimberly) Shattuck and Byron (Amanda) Shattuck; and many other loving family and friends.

   She was predeceased by her parents and several aunts and uncles.
