One arrested for making threats in Hathaway Pines

   UPDATE:  February 11, 2014:  According to the Sheriff's Office Patricia Ann Tucker (63) of San Leandro was the person arrested on Horseshoe in Hathaway Pines for allegedly Threatening a crime with the Intent to Terrorize, a felony.

    Tucker was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and was released on bond.

   February 10, 2014:  A couple of calls were received before deputies went out to Horseshoe Drive in Hathaway Pines. One call was for a person who was publicly intoxicated and the next was for a person making threats.

   One person was arrested for the threats at approximately 12:30 AM. No other details are available at this time.

Hhhmm, threats is an arresting offense but stalking is not. WTH?????

I see now that they arrest women for making threats but not MEN!! That's our Sheriff, all right!!!

I agree. This Sheriff is real good at arresting women. What about the men who threaten and he lets them get away with it?
