It seems that although Northern California is in a serious drought situation, Southern California is
NOT!
They say that it is because they have built more dams to hold water and are good for a couple of years. Their pools are all full and they have not declared any drought conditons.
Could it also be that the Edmund G. Brown Aquaduct, which diverts water to SoCal, is never below full? They already are getting out water, and now Brown wants them to have more?
