UPDATE: Roadway clear as of 8:45 AM.
February 4, 2014: No injuries were reported after a speeding car at Hwy 99 and Lathrop Road in Stockton, hit the sound wall.
A green VW Jetta and a black vehicle collided, according to one witness. CHP is still not at the scene, but vehicles have been moved to the side. Use caution if in that area.
