Art Moore Jumping Frog

   UPDATE:  We learned that Art Moore's frog's name was Lieutenant Leaper and that he jumped 9' 3 1/2".

We just received a photo of Congressional candidate Art Moore jumping a frog at the Capitol.

   We aren't sure what his frog's name was or how far it jumped.
