Groveand man arrested

   
On April 5, 2014 about 6:38 PM Tuolumne Sheriff's Deputy Jeff Gempler contacted Dale Gene Biehle (43) of Groveland
on 7th Avenue in Jamestown.

    Biehle was seated in a vehicle and is currently on Tuolumne County Probation for possession of and transporting narcotics, according to the press release.

   Due to his probation status he is subject to search  by law enforcement at any time. A search of Biehle's vehicle was conducted by Deputy Gempler and approximately 5 (five) grams of methamphetamine, $4376.00, as well as packaging material was located.

   Biehle was arrested for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance for sale and Violation of Probation.

   Both are felony charges and he was booked into the Tuolune County Jail. As of 4/6/14 Biehle remains in custody in the Tuolumne County Jail.
