Once 73 year Frazier Glenn Cross, arrested for allegedly shooting the three Jewish citizens in Kansas City, Kansas shouted "Heil Hitler" the police realized this is apparently a hate crime.
The indicated the man had been watched for some time, but he was never arrested.
