Why is the Angels Camp City Council, who is ANTI-DEVELOPMENT, suddenly saying it wants to develop bigtime more out on the annex all the way to Frogtown?
Turns out that the Foothill Community Church wants to hook up to water from the City, but is OUT of even the sphere of influence of the City.
But certain members have friends on the City Council, so what will happen. More favors for friends and unbelievable traffic increase on Hwy 49 in the annex of Angels Camp.
Do the residents care, or do they realize that this city does all kinds of "illegal" and immoral things for its friends; like when they made a private road a City Street for who was that now.
We need a City Council that refuses to do things special for their friends. Trouble is, no one wants to be on the City Council in Angels Camp because of its corrupt appearance.
If we know this Angels Camp City Council, they will approve this, creating a traffic nightmare for the residents of the southern portion of Angels Camp on the annex. We'll watch this and let you know.

Did you read the packet. It actually states that "if we can make it look like the water is a health and safety issue. I've known people who attend that church and school and there has NEVER been a statement about UNSAFE water. What is going on here?
Do any of the councilman attend that church or have close friends who attend. Any friends own land in that area. This is CLEAR corruption. Angels Camp has a serious problem.
Our tax money spent to help a church that CHOSE to build way out in the tules? There's gonna be trouble over this one!! And tons more traffic for area residents. This makes me sick.
