Mildred Marie Silveira Liel passed away in Stockton of a stroke on May 7, 2014. She was 96.A native of Freeport (near Sacramento) the daughter of Manuel Liel and Mary Silveira Liel, she attended school through the 12th grade and was in a drill team.
She was a seamstress, a quilter and she crocheted and knitted. She also belonged to the San Andreas Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by her sons Clyde and David Silveira of Burson, daughter Kathryn Robie of Milton, 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde E. Silveira, Jr.
There will be a graveside service. San Andreas Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
