According to CHP on May 20, 2014 around 5:40 PM Russell Knight (75) of Stockton was driving a 2008 GMC Sierra eastbound on Hwy 4 east of Hunt Rd at an unknown speed.
Per the report, Knight's alleged level of intoxication he allowed the GMC to leave the paved portion of the roadway and collide with a tree.
Mr. Knight was flown to Doctors Memorial Modesto for treatment of moderate injuries. He was arrested by CHP for alleged DUI.
