On June 7, 2014 Michael Anthony Kelley (31) of Copperopolis was arrested after being reported sleeping in someone else's house on Oak Tree Circle. in Murphys.
He was booked and then released with a citation for allegedly Entering a Non-Communal Dwelling, a misdemeanor.
