I don't know if anyone remembers, but Mr. Tryon (Cowboy Tyrone), who was once a Libertarian and for property rights, changed like a chameleon and proposed 40 acre minimum parcels for everyone's land but his. He got it passed.
He got his development put in the City of Angels sphere of influence with water and sewer after making a deal with the d****.
Well, anyway, he was recently at the City Council complaining that he would lose his property rights if they passed the oak preservation resolution and asked for special privileges once again.
It seems that he is upset that he could have to pay to cut down all the oaks in his development, poor baby. He never stops flip-flopping, even now that he was voted out of office. Everything for Cowboy Tyrone; nothing for regular folks!
