June 4, 2014 at 8:50 AM: CHP is warning that there is a cow out on Hwy 49 near Carol Kennedy Drive by the airport.
Use extra caution until they find the owner and get it back behind the fence. Yes, we are going to miss our official Hound and Tree 'em guy.
