On July 21, 2014 Robert Walker was sentenced to life in prison for raping a six year old child, after being found guilty on June 11, 2014. Deputy District Attorney Dana Pfeil handled the case for the state.
The mandatory sentience for this crime is 25 years to life, according to the District Attorney's office, but due to Walkers previous record, the judge gave him 27 to life, meaning he will not be eligible for parole for 27 years.
