July 14, 2014 at 10:05 AM: A man with the last name of Smoke (believe it or not) has apparently b been accused of starting the Bully Fire in Shasta County.
Authorities state that he was driving his vehicle off-road to check on his pot plants, which started the fire.
18 residences have been destroyed at 8 have been damaged. The fire is now 4800 acres and is only 15% contained at this time.

Now, if this guy is charged with ARSON, which is what channel 3 said, then the RIM Fire HUNTER should also be charged with ARSON, right?
Wasn't the Rim Fire really a CDF controlled burn run amok?
I know! The Rim Fire was caused by a hunter building an illegal campfire. He was never charged with anything, as far as I know.
Talk is that he has friends in high places and was never charged with arson. not sure, tho.
I heard those rumors, but surely its not true! He should be locked up and the key thrown away.
