UPDATE: The fire is under control. The helicopter has been diverted to the El Portal Fire.
July 29, 2014: A vehicle fire has been reported as fully engulfed near a field. Engines are en route to the scene. Also a water tender has been dispatched.
Air has also been assigned to this fire. This is near Parrots Ferry Road. A small amount of vegetation was burned. The car was running when the fire started.
