UPDATE: A witness suggested that one party may be under the influence.
August 21, 2014 at 2 PM: A traffic accident was reported at Hwy 99 and Hwy 26 in Stockton between a white GMC truck and a blue Toyota.
No injuries have been reported. CHP and a tow truck are en route.
