UPDATE: The vehicle was released to the father of the person in custody.
August 11, 2014 at 5:30 PM: CHP is clearing a traffic accident that occurred around 3:55 PM when a Dodge Durango hit a fence at Hogan Dam Road and Hwy 26.
At least one person was taken into custody by CHP. Care was taken to watch that cattle did not escape from the pasture.
