Not surprising, the attorney for the homeless black woman first chased around and around a car by a CHP officer, then taken down and beaten on video, is suing.
Her attorney is filing a Civil Rights violation suit in Federal Court. The CHP officer appeared to get angry after several motorists began laughing at him. He has not been fired.
