There was a lot of deep stuff going on during the Trinitas Golf Course vs Calaveras County days.
That was a couple of years ago, and the Supervisors made it about deep water.
Now the State is getting involved, planning a Groundwater Management System to become law. What better time, than during a drought.
Since goldrush days, water rights have been a hot issue with property owners. "What is beneath your land is yours!" Well, maybe no longer, if our elected officials have anything to say about it.
Talk about water wars! This could really divide the state.
