August 18, 2014 at 2:48 PM: A traffic accident has been reported at Hwy 4 and Blagen Road in Arnold, as one vehicle is now in the ditch. The roadway is not blocked at this time.
One person said a station wagon came around the corner on the wrong side of the road. An ambulance has been dispatched. CHP is en route. Ebbetts Pass Fire is on scene.
