Is the county taking this information into account for the Housing Element? The Housing Element June 2010, page 5-62 states: WATER In general, there are adequate supplies of water to meet the needs of existing and near-future domestic water needs, but a lack of infrastructure to deliver it.
What happened? There has been no growth of housing development. That was expressed during budget hearings. Thanks to the 40 acres & a mule rule and the denial of Castle & Cooke's Sawmill Project Where did all the water go that was expressed as adequate supplies?
Somebody turned the weasel loose in the hen house.
