After a vehicle was located near the site of the Pennsylvania Trooper shootings, casings found there matched the type used, and an arrest warrant was issued for Eric Matthew Frein, (31), who lived with his parents about 20 minutes away. He has still not been located.
Apparently Frein's father warned the investigators that his son "does not miss" when he shoots. He has done some military re-enactments and friends have told authorities that he does make statements which are anti-government and police, but they had no idea he would kill anyone.
