Bumper on highway near Toyon

   UPDATE:  Bumper has been removed. Roadway clear.

    September 15, 2014 at 8:40 AM:  A bumper has been reported in the roadway at Hwy 26 and Hwy 12 near Toyon.

   CHP is en route to the area. Use extra caution if headed in that direction.
