Car hits Tree at Hwy 4 and Pool Station Road

  UPDATE at 12 Noon :  The roadway is now open.


  UPDATE:  CHP has changed this accident to one with Major Injuries. One-way traffic control is in effect.


  UPDATE at 11:05 AM:  Emergency vehicles are at the scene. Apparently injuries are moderate. Hwy 4 is blocked with emergency vehicles.  Avoid the area if possible.  A tow truck is responding.
   September 10, 2014 at 11 AM :  CHP, fire and ambulance are en route to the scene of a vehicle that ran off Hwy 4 near Appaloosa Road in Angels Camp and hit a tree.

     We understand this is a solo vehicle accident involving a white sedan.
