September 3, 2014 at 6:30 PM: A big rig and a Toyota collided on Hwy 4 at Hollenbeck Road near Farmington around 4:30 PM.
At first they called an ambulance, then changed it to a Major Injury crash and by 5 PM they had to call the coroner due to the injuries becoming fatal.
