UPDATE: One vehicle is on it's roof. Ambulance is taking injured to Doctors Medical Center. This is now a major injury car crash per CHP.
September 10, 2014 at 8:15 AM: Two CHP are at the scene of a head-on crash between a green Honda Civic and a black Ford Focus at W. Linwood Ave and South Washington Road in Turlock.
A woman in pinned inside one of the vehicles that is smoking. Fire and ambulance have been dispatched to the area. One northbound lane is blocked.
