Jack-knifed big rig on Hwy 4

   UPDATE at 10:15 AM:  Hwy 4 is now clear.

UPDATE:  As of 9:50 AM there is traffic control on Hwy 4 in the area, with about a 20 minute wait.


 UPDATE:  CHP, followed by a tow rig, has arrived at the semi's location.

    September 13, 2014 at 8 AM:  A semi with a 53' trailer carrying  5000lbs, jack-knifed at the summit on Hwy 4. A big rig tow is needed.

   CHP is en route to the area.
