UPDATE: Oakland PD now says this is a person of interest in one of their incidents. Now on Iroquois in Copperopolis.
UPDATE: Calaveras sheriff's Office thinks this could be a suspect or person of interest in another incident. This is apparently the same vehicle reported separately with no tires, driving on rims.
September 7, 2014 at 1 PM: A traffic accident has been reported on Hwy 4 at Hunt Rd in Copperopolis.
An ambulance and CHP is responding to the scene.
