UPDATE at 7:30 AM: The vehicle went off the roadway down the hillside. One person is still trapped inside.
September 28, 2014 at 6:50 AM: A traffic accident has been reported on Hwy 88 at Van de Hei Ranch Road in Pioneer.
CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene.
