UPDATE: This accident has been cleared.
September 29, 2014 at 9:30 AM: A vehicle has run off Parrotts Ferry Road and into a ditch near Moaning Caverns outside Vallecito.
A red vehicle is overturned, but no injuries have been reported. The roadway is not blocked at this time.
