Angels Camp Council Underestimates Locals

It seems that the Angels Camp City Council, or their City Administrator McHatten, have WAY underestimated the bad feelings the local residents have towards their Dogtown Road medical clinic at the October 7, 2014 meeting.

With elections near, and Firman Brown on the record now admitting his involvement in the acquisition of the property on Dogtown Road for Mark Twain Health District, angry residents poured into the Angels Firehouse, and the meeting had to be cancelled due to over-flow crowds.

I agree with your headline, the city thinks we area ll a bunch of hicks who have low iq's. They tried to slip this in for approval hoping no one would notice.

Nice way to wake up, reading this. And the City better wake up to the fact that they can't screw us over.

Mark Twain is further hurting its reputation and is going to lose customers due to this treatment of residents in angels.

Seems that Mark Twain Hospital thinks we are stupid, too. I've lost total faith in that hospital bunch. NO to Firman Brown, his wife Vintage and that Dixon Collins clique. They might control the city council, but they cannot control us, the RESIDENTS!

I am one of those LOCALS they disrespect. MTHC is trying to steal business from SRMC by putting a giant sign on Hwy 4 and 49 intersection. Wise up, people. This is not a nice group of people.

I was told Brown smokes big stogies, so he hangs around the smoke shop a lot. Is that true?
