UPDATE at 2:30 PM: CHP has updated this to a major injury accident.
UPDATE at 12:30 PM: A Sigalert has been issued for that area by Caltrans. It could be 5 hours before they can clean up and make repairs.
October 29, 2014 at 11:25 AM: A big rig tanker truck has rolled off Hwy 4 at the Hwy 99 connector to the crosstown freeway in Stockton.
Emergency personnel are responding to the scene. Avoid the area if possible. Four CHP units have been dispatched to the area.
