UPDATE: The roadway is now clear and ready for traffic.
October 12, 2014 at 11 AM: When a three axle semi truck pulling a 40' milk tank crashes, it makes quite a mess.
Caltrans was called out for a 'washdown' after such a crash on Liberty Road at Hwy 99 near Lodi this morning. The truck had to be towed away, but there were no injuries in the accident.
