CHP officer may be charged for nude photos

   A Dublin area CHP officer has been under investigation for allegedly having the cell phone of a woman he took into custody for DUI and then transferring nude photos of her to another phone.

   A deputy Attorney has recommended he be charged with felony computer theft.  It is unclear why the DA believes the officer stole the photos.

   This follows a long history of CHP officers themselves having trouble with the law. Whether its due to beating up minorities or women, or child porn and not this; seems CHP has some officers who
do not respect the law.
