Sometimes it's hard to believe that we live in a state with supposedly intelligent, caring elected officials.
The dreaded, hated FIRE FEE that was imposed on us by SPI and other foresters and CAL FIRE, and does NOT go to fighting ANY fires, still has residents angry.
But, out of the kindness of their hearts, these same people, and approved by our state legislature is a new law that says "if your home burns to the ground....you no longer have to pay the FIRE FEE!"
Is this more insanity or what? You pay per habitable building...so, DUH! AB2048 is more insanity!!
