On Sunday, October 5, 2014 from noon to 3 PM Amador Arts, Calaveras Arts Council, Foothill Conservancy and EBMUD presents the River Reflections Project.It will be held at the Middle Bar Bridge, and about 20 artists have confirmed to be set up with their easels, paints, cameras and sketchpads.
50 artists will create works which reflect the Mokelumne River, source of drinking water for 1.4 million people.
Their final pieces will be turned in by December 5, 2014 and then will travel in 2015. You can reach the Amador County Arts Council by calling 267-9038.
