Appointed Calaveras Judge unseated! Judge Tim Healy takes over!

   One of the more shocking elections from the November 4, 2014 election is the unseating of a judge in Calaveras County, who was appointed in January by Governor Brown.

   Tim Healy will take over in 2015, as Department 2 Judge.  His campaign was everywhere, and was so well received by the public.  Mr. Healy's wife Rachel deserves so much credit.

     What a great campaigner and such a likeable person can do to win is shown by this particular election.  The current judge Swift simply was not seen in the county much at all, it has been reported.
