CCWD meets on November 12, 2014 at their district headquarters in San Andreas on Toma Court.The meeting begins at 9 AM. Many residents who live in older homes are now concerned that the Fire Hydrants planned for many areas by Don Stump will now be trashed by Bertha Underhill.
Underhill has repeatedly stated that CCWD is NOT responsible for fire hydrants.
