Frank Angelo Broglio, (with loving heart and a deep faith in our Lord Jesus Christ) passed away peacefully at age 96 on November 18, 2014, surrounded by loving family in his lifetime home he built on the land of his birthplace in Altaville, California.
Frank's outgoing nature drew 96 years of lasting friendships throughout the community as; cattle rancher (life long passion), restaurateur (Bazinett Cafe'), Mark Twain Hospital maintenance chief, local carpenter, and WWII veteran.
Loving family gone before him: Beloved wife of 46 years, Mildred McDaniel Broglio; his dear brothers and their wives, Joe, Eddie and Renaldo; and his beloved parents Francesco (Frank I) and Emma Bogliani Broglio.
He leaves behind his dearest possessions in life, his four children; Frank Broglio III (Peggy), Janice Saunders (Ed), Bob Broglio (Jan), Erin Hoard (Bob& and his precious grandchildren: Katie Budil, Andrea Broglio, Kristopher Saunders, Gina Emmert, Cosima, Carson, and Mark Broglio, and Jeremy Hoard and his adored great-grandchildren Jordan, Jayden, Malik, Molly and Brady who will miss his laughter and love.
Memorial Service will be held at St. Patrick's Church in Angels Camp on Saturday November 22, 2014 at 12 Noon. A reception will follow in the church hall.
Rosary will be on Friday, November 21, at 7 PM in Angels Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Angels Camp Catholic Cemetery on Monday November 24, 2014 at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Sierras, Sonora, CA or any society for the blind.
Angels Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
