"Neighbors from HELL" in Angels Camp???

   Recently a normally quiet street in the Nob Hill area of Angels Camp was awash with Calaveras Sheriff's deputies, Angels Camp cops, Animal Control Officers and noise.

   A court ordered eviction of people who just wouldn't move,
resulted in complaints from neighbors of smells of animals, neglect of children, truancy, and general filth, according to witnesses.

   The occupants had apparently lied to owners and authorities about what was going on in the home for over a year.

   Despite several attempts at getting someone to answer the door, no one did; at least not until an officer threatened to break down the door and shoot the dogs if necessary.

   The officers then threw them all out and changed the locks--without any of their belongings!!

  Once inside, this ordinarily nice home in a nice area, shocked everyone. Rented by a downtown Angels Camp business owner, the piles of trash in every room, filth, the smell of however many rabbits, who apparently were never cleaned up after, and pile upon pile of clothing and other belongings everywhere, was beyond most witnesses belief.

   Child Protective Services were notified; one child was not attending school, and it didn't seem possible that anyone could be cooking in the filthy kitchen.

   We are told that it took over a week to get rid of the filth; the smell is still acrid in the area, and the place was so trashed that nearly everything is needing to be replaced.

   What is wrong with "Neighbors from Hell" and where will these people go NEXT???
