Cameras and a GOOD police department finally got the guy locked up. How do Peeping Toms and stalkers get away with this stuff for years? Possibly forever in Calaveras County?
Wish our Sheriff's department would do something about these kinds of problems? Trouble is, they often consider the low-life element their friends!
If there is a scumbag who hangs around your property line, it is likely that they also are PEEPERS! These are usually people with no real life of their own, who are mentally ill.
Some use cameras from another property, shooting in your windows with zoom lenses. Crazy, wacked out lunatics! Protect yourself and report any suspicions you may have.

lol, I hear CHP are caught in a porn sting, a bunch of them; looks like they'll only get one, but its obvious a bunch were in on it.
think all cops are porn kings? I know they stick together. When one gets caught doing something horrid, they all stick up for him, like 'man it could have been me got caught'. poor fella
Sorry all, but even cameras showing evidence will not commit these felons. The DA here in this county won't prosecute. I've been there and done that, even video with sound, even had the poor person these wackos were stalking talk and be interviewed by the police. If the DA won't do anything nothing will be done. I have dealt with this for awhile here in AC. Until SHE realizes the emotional issues this causes the stalkee, SHE won't do a damn thing. Thanks to those who vote FOR Prop 47, this will allow the creepers out to do their crime again. Thank goodness we have a new judge who should see through our crooked court system and will try as the law states and not by how SHE feels.
You should write a complaint to the Attorney General. Trouble is, the cops are the only investigators for the cops locally and the DA has many conflicts of interest.
Wasn't there a porn cop fired in angels a few years back? At least some get caught.
Can they sue them in civil court?
