November 12, 2014 at 6:30 AM: A semi truck apparently merged into a blue Honda on Hwy 99 at Arch Road in Stockton and then drove off.
CHP says a witness last saw the semi exiting on Marfargoa Street. No injuries have been reported in this hit and run accident.
