Animal Hazard on Hwy 99

   December 17, 2014 at 10 AM:  Some type of animal hazard has been reported at Hwy 99 at the Hwy 4 interchange in Stockton.

   It isn't clear what type of animal is involved, but CHP is en route to the scene.   Be careful if in that area.
