New CCWD Board--Immediately lower rates???

Is that the same Bertha Underhill
who used to be CCWD director?

   The CCWD elections were based on what was called overpriced rates for water in Calaveras County.

   Now we'll see if Bertha Underhill, Terry Strange and Dennis Mills will really lower the cost of water like they said.

   Also included in the photo are Jeff Davidson and Scott Ratterman.
