Arrest: Pickup ran off Hwy 4 at Red Apple

     UPDATE on December 19, 2014:  We just saw that Randall Dale Terry (36) of Modesto was arrested by Calaveras Sheriff's deputies at Hwy 4 and Darby Russell Road, for alleged
Traffic Offense with Special Circumstance, DUI of any Drug, DUI Alcohol or Drugs, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, all misdemeanors, after serving him with warrant 14-003429.

     Good job, deputies!  Terry was later released with a citation.

 UPDATE at 8 AM:  A tow truck has been dispatched to the scene.


   December 18, 2014 at 7:30 AM:  An older model pickup got stuck in the mud after running off Hwy 4 at the Red Apple.  Apparently the driver attempted to leave.

  Two Calaveras Sheriff's deputies vehicles were on site and CHP was just arriving as we passed by, and we noticed a man was standing in the grass away from the deputies.
