December 4, 2014 at 6:30 AM: CHP is attempting to move a tractor trailer from Hwy 4 at Jack Tone Road below Farmington.
Apparently the truck ran off the road is stuck in the mud in a ditch on the side of the road and can't move. The trailers are blocking Hwy 4 at this time. Use caution if headed to that area.
