Video cameras on bad cops won't help

Intentionally choked to death, the
NY cop who did it, even though
on video, walks free today.

  President Obama has promised to make cops everywhere have a video camera which will prove exactly what they do and when.

   However, in the chokehold death
in New York that is clearly a homicide according to the coroners report, the video shows the man being held in a choke hold and still the Grand Jury let the cop off. So much for the President's idea.

   Dirty cops are dirty cops are dirty cops and they continue to get away with in, even here in Calaveras County.  This is partly due to a really BAD grand jury system in this country.
