After the New York Grand Jury failed to indict officer Daniel Pantaleo yesterday, more details about his past came out.
For one thing, in his 8 years with NYPD, he has been sued twice for racially motivated misconduct due to activity as an officer.
In one case, he forced a broad daylight strip search on two male black men, and their lawsuit was settled out of court.
In another case he arrested a black man while admitting he had no reason to. The charges against this man were later dropped.
